1. 1-Month Free Trial Period

Every newly registered company is granted a 1-Month Free Trial (30 calendar days) beginning on the date of registration. During this trial period, you will have unrestricted access to all selected software modules. No credit card details or advance payments are collected to start the trial.

2. Setup Fee & Activation License

Upon the expiration of the 1-Month Free Trial, a one-time software activation and setup fee of ₹15,000 (INR Fifteen Thousand Only) is required. This payment secures your company database instance, issues the primary software license, and includes an initial 1-Year (12-Month) Subscription. The software will remain in a restricted state until this setup fee is successfully settled and captured.

3. Monthly Subscriptions & Renewal Tiers

After the setup fee has been paid, continuing access to the platform is managed through monthly subscription extensions. The billing amounts are dynamically calculated based on the active modules selected in your management console:

• Payroll Only (With One Time Fees): Billed at a rate of ₹299/Month (or ₹2,870/Year). A comprehensive payroll solution that manages employee salaries, attendance integration, overtime, incentives, deductions, advances, payslip generation, payroll reports, and payment tracking from a single dashboard.
• Full Software With Payroll (With One Time Fees): Billed at a rate of ₹399/Month (or ₹3,831/Year). Integrated ERP platform to streamline payroll, inventory, accounting, purchases, sales, catering, guest house operations, and financial management.
• Full Software With Payroll: Billed at a rate of ₹499/Month (or ₹4,790/Year). Complete ERP solution to manage payroll, sales, purchases,expenses, income, partners, users, and business reporting from a single integrated platform.
• Payroll Only: Billed at a rate of ₹399/Month (or ₹3,831/Year). Complete ERP solution to manage payroll, sales, guest house,purchases,expenses, income, partners, users, and business reporting from a single integrated platform.

4. Email Verification Policy

To secure access to company records, all primary user profiles (including administrators and cashiers) must verify their registered email addresses. Access to the administration dashboard is restricted until a valid 6-digit OTP code sent to your email has been entered and verified. Furthermore, updating user email IDs inside the profile settings will automatically reset verification flags and trigger a new verification prompt.

5. Data Privacy & Integrity

We implement robust encryption and security procedures to safeguard transaction histories, employee records, and guest journals. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (prefix, username, password) confidential. We are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from negligent sharing of credentials.

6. Support & System Updates

Subscribers with active licenses are entitled to regular system security patches, feature releases, and email support. Maintenance windows are typically scheduled during off-peak hours (GMT+5:30) to ensure minimal business disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

AL-MUJTABAA Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Under no circumstances shall we be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including business loss or ledger inaccuracies) arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
